With a degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh, Clement has spent over seven years as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he helped Fortune 1000 companies refine their risk management and back-office processes.  At CRA, Clement performs accounting services, as well as consulting and technology transformation services.  Clement is currently pursuing his master’s in accounting.

With a Ph.D. in economics from Emory where she published a peer-reviewed article discussing price switching during macro-economic shocks, Rita previously worked at KPMG where she performed tax due diligence projects and tax audits for large banks.  She was a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.  Additionally, she has an Ms. Fin and an MBA with a concentration in forensic accounting.  At CRA, Rita performs accounting and forensic accounting services.

With a bachelor's degree in civil law and an associate’s degree in accounting, Marina has over seven years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. Prior to her time at CR Advisory, she worked for a construction company managing payroll, inventory, and A/R. Since joining CRA in 2019, Marina has served clients in various roles ranging from simple bookkeeping, to complex payrolls, forensic projects, and inventory valuation for a large omnichannel retailer. She is proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite and Odoo.

With a degree in management information systems from the Pennsylvania State University, Max has spent over eight years in software product and project management at PNC Financial Services where he helped deliver technology and process solutions to stakeholders in the Corporate and Institutional Banking organization.  At CRA, Max performs consulting and technology transformation services.

With a bachelor's degree in accounting from Elon University, Elizabeth had previously worked as an accounting technician.  At CR Advisory, Elizabeth performs bookkeeping and accounting services across our portfolio of clients.  Additionally, she helps troubleshoot complex payrolls.

With over 25 years of Cyber risk experience, Paul has extensive Cybersecurity consulting experience from his early days developing a Security Architecture for the U.S. Department of State to his ongoing client work. Paul is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Paul previously worked at PwC and Deloitte, where he gained a strong GRC and cybersecurity background.  He is well-versed in many Cybersecurity standards and practices including NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework amongst others.
