The CR Advisory team has over a century of combined accounting, consulting, and risk management experience.
With a degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh, Clement has spent over seven years as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he helped Fortune 1000 companies refine their risk management and back-office processes. At CRA, Clement performs accounting services, as well as consulting and technology transformation services. Clement is currently pursuing his master’s in accounting.
With a Ph.D. in economics from Emory where she published a peer-reviewed article discussing price switching during macro-economic shocks, Rita previously worked at KPMG where she performed tax due diligence projects and tax audits for large banks. She was a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Additionally, she has an Ms. Fin and an MBA with a concentration in forensic accounting. At CRA, Rita performs accounting and forensic accounting services.
With over 25 years of risk management experience, Paul has extensive consulting experience from his early days developing a security architecture for the U.S. Department of State to his ongoing client work. Paul is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Paul previously worked at PwC and Deloitte, where he gained a strong governance-risk-compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity background. He is well-versed in many Cybersecurity standards and practices including NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework amongst others.

Accounting
With a bachelor's degree in civil law and an associate’s degree in accounting, Marina has over seven years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. Prior to her time at CR Advisory, she worked for a construction company managing payroll, inventory, and A/R. Since joining CRA in 2019, Marina has served clients in various roles ranging from simple bookkeeping, to complex payrolls, forensic projects, and inventory valuation for a large omnichannel retailer. She is proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite and Odoo.
Veronica Ceballos is a recent graduate of Duquesne University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a double concentration in economics and management. She brings experience from two internships at Ernst & Young, including roles in Risk Consulting and the Launch program, where she conducted SOX compliance testing, supported cross-functional teams, and contributed to client engagements across various industries. Veronica also completed an externship through Paragon One in collaboration with PwC, where she developed strategic consulting recommendations for nonprofit organizations. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is proficient in NetSuite, Stata, and Microsoft Office tools. At CR Advisory, Veronica applies her analytical and consulting experience to support clients and continue growing in the accounting and advisory space.
James is in his junior year of his integrated masters of accounting program at Penn State Main Campus. He is also pursuing a minor in management information systems. His expected graduation date is in the spring of 2026. At Penn State, James is active in the business club, the accounting society, and the golf team. 2025 is James’ third summer interning with CR Advisory where he helps with bookkeeping clients and provides support on complex forensic review projects. James performed an academic internship at PwC tax earlier this year and has received a full-time offer upon graduation.
Eric Camden is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh, where he is pursuing a double major in accounting and data analytics. Alongside his academic pursuits, he is a dedicated D1 student athlete on the university’s swim team, where he demonstrates a strong work ethic, discipline, and time management skills. This summer marks his first experience with CR Advisory, where he is gaining hands-on exposure to the world of accounting and advisory services. In addition, he is set to intern at PwC during the summer of 2027, with aspirations of pursuing a career within the Big Four accounting firms.
Farah Hendawy is a junior at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing a joint-major in economics and mathematics and a minor in political science. In the past, she worked as a research assistant analyzing historic economic data. This summer will be her first experience as an intern with CR Advisory, where she will be trained in project management software and utilize her statistical background to projects that require financial forecasting. She also hopes to gain a broader exposure to consulting practices and further sharpen her analytical skills through direct client interactions. In the fall, she is set to intern at Pitt’s Institute of Politics to further analyze economic policies in Western Pennsylvania.
